Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (Adults only)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request age verification and suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.

2) Social casino classification (No real‑money gambling)

The Service is a social casino entertainment product. It does not offer real‑money gambling. No wagers of real money are accepted, and no real‑money prizes are awarded.

3) Virtual currency & items (No cash value)

Virtual coins, credits, points, and virtual items are licensed to you for entertainment use within the Service only. They have no monetary value, are not property, are not redeemable for cash (or cash equivalents), and cannot be transferred outside the Service except where we expressly permit in writing.

4) Purchases

The Service may offer optional in‑app purchases for virtual currency/items. Purchases do not increase the chance of obtaining anything of monetary value. All sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to any non‑excludable rights you may have under New Zealand law and the policies of the applicable app store/payment provider.

5) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may impose limits on gameplay, access, or features to protect users and the Service.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/scripts, or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content/activity.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items for real‑world value.
• Interfering with security, networks, or other users’ access.

7) Intellectual property & licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, designs, text, and trademarks. We grant you a personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Service for lawful, personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Enforcement, suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to others, or to comply with law. We may also discontinue features or the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free operation or that any virtual items will remain available.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spin & Rewards Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits/data, or loss of virtual currency/items. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the extent permitted.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and may require you to re‑accept (recertify) the Terms to continue using the Service.

12) Governing law (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
