Age Verification Policy

2) Age-gating and age assurance

• Age-gate: we may require you to confirm your date of birth and affirm you are 18+ during sign-up and/or before participation.
• Checks: we may use reasonable measures to detect underage use, including review of account details, device/browser signals, payment/withdrawal risk indicators (if applicable), and reports from users or guardians.
• Verification requests: if needed, we may ask for additional information to confirm age before enabling access or fulfilling rewards/prizes.

3) What we may ask for (verification steps)

When we need to verify age, we may request one or more of the following:

• a clear image of a government-issued photo ID showing date of birth (we may ask you to redact non-essential fields);
• a selfie or liveness check to match the account holder to the ID (where appropriate);
• proof of address; and/or
• additional details necessary to resolve inconsistencies (for example, date of birth mismatch).

We only use verification information for age assurance, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes, and handle it in line with our privacy practices.

4) If we suspect a user is under 18

• we may restrict access, pause participation, and place account activity on hold while we assess age;
• we may require successful age verification to continue using the Site and/or to receive rewards/prizes; and
• if we cannot verify the user is 18+, we may close the account and remove associated access (and may void participation or rewards where permitted by our terms).

5) Guidance for parents/guardians

If you believe a minor has provided personal information or created an account, please contact us. Include any relevant details (such as the username/email used). We will review and, where appropriate, restrict access and take steps to remove the account and associated data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

6) Reporting and removal requests

To report suspected underage use or request review/removal, email contact@spinandrewards.com. We may ask for information to confirm the request and to locate the account safely.
